Custom Home Overview
A custom built home is a residence specifically designed and built for its original owner according to their lifestyle, preferences, and financial requirements. We like to break the homebuilding process into three steps - Pre-Construction, Construction, and Post-Construction.
Pre-Construction Home building is filled with many personal decisions based on your budget, needs and functional requirements. We help you with this process by conducting multiple interactive working sessions gathering your requirements for a new home. Before we introduce you to an appropriate architect, if you do not already have one, we create a sound pre-architectural budget to meet your investment strategy. We share this information with the architect before design begins and we monitor the integrity of costs during the design process.

Construction Once construction begins, our building process is interactive. We understand this is not our home, but yours. From day one, we provide you with a realistic project schedule outlining important dates and deadlines. Depending on your home’s design requirements, a specific team will be assembled to manage the interior design and construction of your home. Each project is managed by David or Brian. Please feel free to call either one on their cell phones at anytime.
Construction
Post-Construction After construction and our punch lists are complete, our warranty begins. Although quality materials and workmanship are used in our homes, we are realistic enough to know that items may not perform as intended or mistakes may have been made. When either occurs, we will make necessary corrections. We encourage our clients to monitor the performance of their home and to keep us informed of any problems when they occur.
