About Sanctuary Builders
 David Putnam and Larry John formed Sanctuary Builders in 2004. Over the years David has built hundreds of homes in the Denver Metro Area. Although Denver and the surrounding area have many great attributes, David and Larry found that Castle Rock, in Douglas County, and the neighboring communities fit their vision of building craftsmen homes, on spectacular lots, in unique communities. David has built in distinctive areas such as Castle Pines Village (Parade of Homes), Bell Mountain Ranch, Larkspur, and Escavera.
There are many reasons for Sanctuary’s success. Our team is people-oriented. We realize that pleasing the eventual homeowner requires more than simply building a comfortable home. It requires delivering a quality home on time and on budget.
When David and Larry decided to start Sanctuary Builders, David brought his best trade craftsmen with him. Their talents remain one of the distinguishing characteristics of a Sanctuary home.
